In response to God’s love through Christ and to follow His commandments, we commit ourselves in spreading the Gospel to refugees in the Syracuse area by serving them with computer education.

The project is named after Boaz of the Old Testament, who took care of the poor foreigner, Ruth, and connected her with the existing Israel community. Like Boaz, we hope to assist in connecting the refugees with Christian community while teaching them computer skills.

Our foremost wish is that they will receive Jesus as their savior and find hope and real refuge in God's kingdom. We also have a hope that we, as the one who serve, can know God better and learn humble servitude.

BOAZ meets every Tuesday Night. Rides are provided to and from Syracuse University and dinner is provided. If you would like to get involved please contact us!

“so that the Levites and the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.”
