Lodi Vision Summer Missions Camp was started six years ago as a way for our church to outreach and evangelize in one of the toughest economical areas in the country. The camp is a collaboration between two churches where we reach out to kids from elementary school to high school. Housed in the building of Father’s Heart Ministry, Lodi Summer Missions Camp is a way to show God’s Love to people in places that need it the most. Not only are these kids surrounded by horrid conditions, they also may have never had the opportunity to witness God’s amazing grace. Here at Lodi Vision Summer Mission Camp, we focus on four key points:

  • Guide people to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.
  • Establish what it means to be a true disciple.
  • Build a loving relationship within the community and church.
  • Bring upon a positive change within the darkest street in Syracuse.

Refugees in Syracuse have fled from political, economical, and religious oppression from countless third world countries. However, despite moving to America, they are still struggling. We as a camp strive to show just a glimpse of God’s love through various activities throughout the camp such as Bible classes, Arts & Crafts, and Games.

If you have any interest in this amazing movement, we highly encourage you to contact us. We are not only asking you to be a volunteer, but to be part of a family for a week and a half and experience God’s love. LODI Missions Vision Summer Camp is held during the last week of June in Syracuse. Room, board, and transportation will be provided.

“...those who were not my people I will call ‘my people,’
and her who was not beloved I will call ‘beloved.’
And in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’
there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’”
— Romans 9:25-26
